About SaintsHQ
Clear news.
Good faith.
SaintsHQ is my independent digital ministry covering the news, people, and events shaping The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and its members worldwide.

Hi, I'm Art
I believe accurate news and good news both deserve to be shared.
I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. From 2003 to 2005, I served in the New York New York North Mission. After my mission, I studied music at Utah Valley University with an emphasis in choral conducting.
Professionally, I balance my work as a product analyst for a technology company with teaching part time at the Tempe Institute of Religion. I also bring years of experience in social media, marketing, and advertising to the work I do with SaintsHQ.
My “digital ministry” began when I was called to serve as a bishop and wanted a better way to connect with the youth. I started by sharing Come, Follow Me insights online. As I saw the growing disconnect between online criticism of the Church and its real humanitarian impact, I shifted toward sharing good news, breaking updates, and stories about Church members around the world.
Today, the SaintsHQ community includes more than 100,000 followers. I currently serve as a Primary chorister and live in Arizona with my wife and our two children. Away from the screen, I've recently taken up cycling, I'm an enthusiastic podcast listener, and I'm a self-proclaimed enchilada connoisseur.
Why SaintsHQ exists
Help Latter-day Saints understand what is happening now.
I cover Church announcements, General Conference, humanitarian efforts, temples, and the intersection of faith, politics, and culture. My goal is to report quickly without sacrificing accuracy, highlight stories affecting Saints worldwide, and add thoughtful context without turning every difficult story into outrage.
